We want you to love your Lingua Franca pieces as much as we loved making them. If your order isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to track its journey back to our studio.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
